Our inspiration for the new generation of workspaces comes from the productive and unifying power of our traditional inns, enhancing solidarity. We blend the centuries-old culture of our business inns with design and technology, bringing them into today’s contemporary sharing economy with HAN. Our goal in designing human-centered, ecosystem-respecting, and happy spaces is to offer HAN members unique places and times, differentiated by service and experience. With HAN Flex and Hybrid working models, we develop and manage workspaces for companies’ short or long-term needs.

It was established with NURUS’s 93 years of experience in combining craftsmanship with design, bringing life to offices, and ALKAŞ’s over 30 years of sectoral vision, concept, and commercial real estate experience

Alkaş

Alkaş was founded in 1997 by Avi Alkaş to provide project development, leasing and management services to the shopping center and retail sector. Having realized dozens of shopping mall and mixed-use real estate projects such as Akmerkez, İstinye Park, Galleria, Zorlu Shopping Mall, Alkaş was acquired by JLL, the world's leading commercial real estate company, in 2007 and Avi Alkaş became the Country President of JLL Turkey, and the Leasing and Management Services function was transferred to JLL Turkey.

In 2010, Alkaş renewed and expanded its services with the motto "Synergy of Services" and continues to serve the retail and real estate sectors with its Fair, Sponsorship, Event and Consultancy activities. Since 2013, Alkaş has been running the Alp Alkaş Real Estate and Retail School with Özyeğin University, bringing professionals to the sector. Alkaş is a strategic partner of the international MIPIM and MAPIC fairs, adding consultancy and trainings in the field of gastronomy retail to its service network.

Nurus

Nurus was founded in 1927 by Nurettin Usta. Nurettin Usta's legacy was inherited by his daughter Birten Gökyay and her husband Akın Gökyay, the first female industrialist registered with the Ankara Chamber of Industry. Nurus brand was born from the name Nurettin Usta with the step taken in the name of institutionalization since the 80s.Nurus decided to specialize in the production of office furniture with the increase in demands from the private sector and public institutions since the 1980s.

Nurus, a global brand exporting to more than 50 countries with more than 500 employees and timeless products that integrate craft with technology, has representative offices in Germany and Dubai. Winner of numerous prestigious awards such as German Design and Plus X; the first Red Dot Product Design, Design Management Europe and Universal Design of the Turkish industry; the first IF Product Design and Good Design award-winning brand of the Turkish furniture industry, Nurus is a strong brand that successfully represents Turkey in the world and enables Turkish designs to take place on international platforms.
